SHIPPING & RETURNS

Muskoka Pro-Tech only ships within Canada. We use Canada Post and rates are based on weight, size and distance the package is traveling. These fees are made by Canada Post.

 Note: Any fees related to shipping or freight are non-refundable. 

We accept returns only on defective products for 30 days after delivery. Products not returned within the 30-day timeframe are ineligible for a refund or exchange.

There are NO returns on special order items. If you are unsure, please reach out for verification. 

Return Process

You will need to ship the product back to us with tracking. Once we receive the item at our shop, it will be inspected. If everything is in order, we will issue your refund.

Please ensure the following:

Write your order number clearly on the outside of the box so we can confirm the refund is applied to you.

Send the product back in the original packaging it was received in.

Custom Tuning Files & Tuners: Returns are not accepted on these products.

Installed Parts: Unless proven defective, we cannot accept returns on parts that have already been installed.

Custom & Personalized Products: Items that are custom-made or personalized are not eligible for return.

Muskoka Pro-Tech does not cover costs associated with shop labour or installation fees.
